Forget your worries in this serene tranquil space that’s tucked away on a gorgeous corner lot across from a schoolyard. This luxury home with a beautifully designed interior has individual fully furnished bedrooms available for rent, 3 bedrooms on the upper level of a 4 level split along with a full bathroom that is shared, and there are 2 bedroom suites downstairs which have their own shared bathroom.

The house is a spacious 1200 square feet up and down. All utilities and wifi are included along with central a/c. Perks include a full designer kitchen, hot tub, fire pit, a huge private deck, BBQ and an infrared sauna.

The common living room is complete with a vaulted ceiling, hardwood floors, spacious sectional couch and a TV connected to Netflix.

The kitchen has hardwood floors, a gas stove, microwave, hood range, ninja air fryer, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and all the pots & pans plates, cutlery and cooking utensils you’ll need.

The hot-tub in the backyard is delightfully warm and welcoming.

The fire pit in the backyard is available for use when it’s safe to do so, please check any local limitations as they can change throughout the seasons.

The deck in the back has cushions in the deck box for the various chairs and the lawn chair.

Bedroom 1 - $1000 - overlooks the backyard and has a fabulous view of greenery, spacious and bright. The king sized bed rests on luxury vinyl plank flooring with two dressers, two beside tables with drawers and an oversized double closet. It has a huge bright open window with window shades that allow for peaceful rest.

Bedroom 2 - $950 - has a spacious desk and a queen sized bed which rests on luxury vinyl plank flooring with an oversized single closet. It has a bright open window overlooking the schoolyard with window shades that allow for peaceful rest.

Bedroom 3 - $900 - has a queen bed which rests on luxury vinyl plank flooring with a bookshelf and an oversized single closet with shelves. It has a huge bright open window with window shades that allow for peaceful quiet, perfect for slumber.

Rest easy with all the lawn care, shovelling and general maintenance taken care of for you by the live-in house manager (who lives in one of the basement suites). Laundry detergent (organic) and dish soap (organic) will be provided.

Laundry is shared, front and back entrances are shared. Street parking is freely available.

Keep cool with central air conditioning throughout the house.

Garage is not included. No pets, no exceptions, 1 person per bedroom max.

The nearest grocery store is a 3-minute drive from the house. Both Save-On and Sobey’s are on the intersection of Cumberland and 8th Street. The nearest organic grocery store is Dad’s Organic Market. Walmart, Home Sense, and others are at your fingertips in Stonebridge, just 3 mins south of the house.

The house manager lives on site, works in the restaurant industry and has her own private suite in the basement.
