Sue McKenzie's room

Small house with a fenced yard. There is 1 full bathroom upstairs and one 2 piece downstairs. One bedroom is on the main floor and it has carpet. This house is near an elementary school and a short walk to UofWinnipeg. Right close to #14 bus route and the major routes along Maryland Street. There are numerous convenience stores and restaurants, Dollarama and Freshco. If someone has need of some furnishings I could probably help with transporting.

I have one room in the house that I use for storage and I live close by. I would check in on housemates once in a while and ask if anyone has any questions. I want to bring together a few folks wanting to save money by sharing living space. I have travelled to numerous countries, love quiet times, protecting Mother Earth and supporting community.
