Private Bedroom, Free utilities including fibre wifi. Enjoy peace and quiet, out of town situated on one acre of land. Location is in rural Leamington on Mersea RD B. Close to Point Pelee National Park. (5 Minutes drive to South end of town & shopping, 10 Minutes drive to north end of town & Wheatley)
Bedroom is a good size, about 100 square feet (more or less). Room is private. Washer & dryer included and free to use. Parking included. Forced air heat / ac Included. Shared spaces with roommates and property owner are two bathrooms in the home, One on each floor. Kitchen on ground floor, Kitchenette on top floor.
