Hello! Looking for a roommate to rent the second bedroom in my condo. I’ve just bought it and won’t take possession until Jan 10th, so I can’t show the place until then. It’s a 2 bed, 1 bath 860sqft condo in the Beltline. There is in suite laundry and all utilities except wifi are included!

I’m going to do a few updates before moving in so there will be new floors and countertops! There is also a massive balcony running the length of the condo.

I have most furniture and if needed can provide a bed and dresser. A pet is welcome but is subject to board approval!

I’m a 28 year old female, I love traveling, snowboarding, sailing, and pottery. I’m fairly quiet but enjoy throwing the occasional dinner party, which you’d be welcome to join. I also like to bake and there’s always extras for you to help yourself to.
