Biggest room in the semi-detach home. Very quiet neighbourhood, no construction nearby, no big parties. Big window for lots of natural light and fresh air + black out curtain. Furnished with a full bed + twin bed for a guest (not a permanent additional roomate). Has a desk, drawers for clothes and a hanging rack.

Full kitchen that has been organized by the house mates. We have agreements in place that ensures everyone has fair use of the kitchen as well as divided storage in the fridge and cupboards. We have set curfews for quiet hours to ensure everyone gets proper sleep.Bathroom is stunning with large rain shower head and standalone bathtub. Laundry is in the house as well.

We’ve made an agreement document to ensure everyone is heard and everyone feels they are being treated fairly. We’ve divided all chores and spaces to ensure fair use amongst everyone. Everyone has a regulated nervous system - no outbursts, no passive aggressiveness, no sly remarks. Just wholesome conversations all around. We host the occasional house dinner for the house mates and the occasional house gathering for friends to come drink and play games.
