About the room
Hi there,
I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. It’s a great condo in the Beltline with plenty of natural light and very quiet neighbours. All utilities are included except internet and there is in suite laundry!
You’ll have the large primary bedroom with an en suite to the shared bathroom. There are 2 closets and large windows and plenty of space for your furniture.
Condo is partially furnished, you’ll need bedroom furniture, couch (could be split with current tenant), and TV. Street parking only but there is usually plenty of space and in the 2yrs I’ve lived here I’ve never had any issues. It’s a great walkable area, you’re 10mins to Sunalta station and just a couple blocks from 17th!
About the roomies
You’ll share the space with a 29yr old Female Masters student and her little tabby cat. Roommate is quiet and very tidy, she likes hiking, drag race, and crocheting.
