Hi there, I’m looking to rent my room in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment starting January 1, 2025 (date flexible). Rent and size: $1900/month (+ ~$35/person for internet and electricity), 730 sq. ft. Included (in-unit): Washing machine, dryer, fridge, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, large closet space, storage room, balcony. Building Amenities: Rooftop pool and hot tub, sauna, two gyms, lots of bike storage space, 24h concierge. Neighborhood: 2-3 minutes from Burrard Skytrain station and central bus lines (eg, 44 line to UBC). 5 minutes from Robson St, Granville St, Waterfront, Vancouver Convention Centre. 15 minutes from Stanley Park. It’s a quiet neighborhood with parks, access to water (Burrard inlet), many shops, and good restaurants. Pets are welcome :)

You’ll share the place with Matthieu (35M) and Mina (27F), two graduate students. They’re super friendly and welcoming :)
