The apartment is super spacious and bright, and is shared with two other roommates both in their early 30s. We’re on the second floor of a small apartment building. The unit has in-suite laundry, a fully renovated kitchen, and a super spacious living room. The building has a coin laundry room, bike storage, and a really big shared deck in the back with patio furniture. It is located by the 14/7/99 bus lines, walking distance to many grocery stores and coffee shops, and is 5 min walk to Kits beach! The building is not pet friendly unfortunately. There is street parking available. About the room: big, spacious and bright with a medium closet. Shares a bathroom with one of the roommates (the other room has an en-suite bathroom). The room can come furnished for a cost of $280. This would include: bed frame/box spring/mattress and dresser. Current roomie is moving across the world and doesn’t want to pay extra luggage fees for them (understandable).

One roommate works full-time and mostly from home the other one works full-time but not at home. We generally keep things quiet during the week and respect each-others space / need to get sleep, etc. One works in VFX, plays soccer, loves traveling, just got a new workshop space and is very excited about it and identifies as queer
The other, Irish girl, early 30s, big into sports, plays soccer and also identifies as queer (so potentially looking for another roommate that plays soccer to start a team at this point, who knows). We like to keep the place clean and tidy, and share chores. We are also friends, love being active, enjoy hanging out together and watching dumb TV shows/or super specific documentaries and going out. But generally we don’t bring the party home. Looking for someone around the same age, easy-going and communicative. Mature, clean, open-minded and to treat the place as their home No couples sorry.
