Very chill environment. Big 3500sq/ft new build house We’ve built a catio, and have 3 decks to chill outside on. The garage is used as a private studio space, but is welcome to be used once trust is built. It is also has a quarter pipe and rail for skateboarding.

This is a creative house to thrive, grow, and chase your dreams. We’re 4 friends currently living together. 3 of us are artist, and all of us are pursuing our dreams. We’re 2 girls and 2 guys. Girls are preferred as the comfortability and safety of my female homies is priority. However, chill dudes who respect women are welcome too.
