Single bedroom in a two-bedroom townhouse. Bedroom is unfurnished, spacious with a window and 2 closets. House includes both levels and basement, no upstairs and downstairs neighbours. There is a cleaning closet, a coat closet and a walk in pantry/storage room. There is a large back back and potential parking behind the house. Oh sure laundry included. Landlord is really helpful and easy going.

Rent includes heat; other utilities extra. Amazing location in the north end, is walking distance to grocery stores, food markets, bars and restaurants. .

The current tenant is a young female professional; she has a very friendly black golden-doodle. Has lived in the house for years, previous roommate had to move away so looking to fill the second bedroom.

Rental is for a non-smoker, no pets and preference for a female professional.

I’m 30 years old, female marine biologist. I love my cozy home, I’m easy going and clean. I love to craft and watch movies so I’m around a lot. There’s also a lovable and friendly golden doodle who shares the space.
