Very conveniently located in North York with the TTC bus almost at the door, bringing you to either Finch or Leslie subway stations. Lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. Pharmacy, walk-in clinic and hospital within 10-15 minutes walk.

Bedroom features: Furnished, wireless high-speed internet, mini fridge, laminate flooring, large window with lots of sunlight, view on a park and shared 2 bathrooms.

House amenities: Laundry facilities, kitchen, dining room, access to the backyard.

Everything is included in the rent: All utilities (heat, hydro, water), high-speed internet and laundry room. Air-conditioned rooms during the hot summer days.

To keep the home and shared spaces respectful of everyone, the house is: Smoke and drug-free of any kind in the house, Single persons only, Sleepover guests are not permitted, LGBT+ friendly, Light cooking preferred (no heavy cooking or pungent food)

Rent is for 6 months minimum rent. Price non-negotiable. Proof of income or education is required. References and first/last month’s rent upon signing.
