Room for rent in a FULLY FURNISHED and equipped 2 bed, 2 bath condo (bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, not pictured). INCREDIBLE location, one block from the Broadway Canada Line station and 5 minutes to downtown, and yet also very quiet. Amenities within 2 minutes of the unit include VGH, multiple grocery stores and drug stores, endless restaurants, and endless fitness facilities.

I’m the landlord, and a 27-year old professional who works downtown. My previous roommate of three years just left for her own place. I’m looking for a short-term roommate as I’m not sure when I’ll look to occupy the whole apartment for myself, so this is ideal for a student or someone visiting the city. I’m quiet, conscientious and respectful of boundaries, and looking for a roommate who is the same.
