Situated in a peaceful residential enclave & walkable to lively Uptown shops & restaurants (4 min drive/15 min walk) The house is situated in a centrally located neighbourhood a 10 minute walk to Rockwood Park, 8 minute drive to both UNB & SJ Regional Hospital, and is on a city bus route. Perfect for working professionals, mature students, and travellers looking for an authentic maritime home-stay experience. There are desks in the rooms, as well as dedicated spaces for remote work. We are pleased to answer any question you may have.

Shared large chef’s kitchen - a cook’s dream - fully stocked with cookware. Bathroom cleaned daily. Living and dining rooms, conservatory, front and back covered porches with yard, and garden. Enjoy a clean, calm, relaxing space, in a warm, friendly neighbourhood, with both on street and off-street parking. Price includes all utilities: strong WIFI, heat, lights, hot water, and likely soup when I make some because I love to cook and who doesn’t share soup? :) Meals available by request.

A small, well-behaved/house-trained/non-marking/non-chewing/non-barking/vaccinated dog or cat may be considered on a case by case basis.
