Cuisine, salle de bain, salon et cour arriere sont partages avec les deux autres colocs. Le montant mensuel est $640 incluant l’internet, mais pas l’electricite qui est separee a trois. I am terminating my lease on January 1st, 2024 or even before. The room I rent in the apartment has two closets and a bed that is included. It is a spacious accommodation where you will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, living room (TV) and the garden. The rent is 640 dollars per month, including internet. It does not include electricity. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer that you can use. You will have nearby, not more than 10 minutes away, a whole range of shops where you can do your shopping, such as: Maxi, Metro, Atlas, Dollarama, Jean Coutu, etc. The apartment is not far from the blue and green metro line that you can reach in 10 minutes with the 439 bus!
