About the room
We are located in the premier community of Coopers Crossing SW, Airdrie. Coopers Crossing has been voted best community 11 times. You can enjoy the extensive network of walking trails, landscaped pons and park space.
The property is a 1658 square foot condo/townhouse on 2 levels. We also have a basement where you will find an awesome laundry room with front load washer and dryer. The laundry also has a rod to hang clothes to dry and a counter to spot stains or fold your clothes.
Our complex is comprised of only 38 units and all units have exterior doors to the street. It is a nice quiet neighborhood.
What we offer is a furnished private bedroom with a new pillow top queen mattress, large closet, linen closet for extra storage and your own private full bathroom on the upper level. You will have the upstairs bonus room with TV all to yourself in the evenings. We sleep on the main level.
The Kitchen, Great Room with TV, Bonus Room with TV and the Laundry Room will be shared by the 3 of us.
