Shaw Street

It’s a 3 bed and 1 bath house, we have the 1st and 2nd floor. There’s one basement tenant and we also share a laundry room (not paid machine) in a common space. Your room is semi furnished as you might need a full sized mattress (landlord might have an extra one in storage) but you have a night stand, cabinet and closet. The kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, samsung fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The house is a 2-3 min walk to ossington station and right next to christie pits. We have a parking spot but the landlord does charge $150 a month extra for it. We’re currently Month to Month but you would still need to pay first and last.

About us, (Nathan, 25) I’m a student/work full time, most days I’m not home until 9-10. The other roommate (Nico, 23) works full time and is out of the house most days too. We’re both good friends, so we do go out on weekends or even have a drink at the house. We’re a smoke/cannabis friendly house but we just do it outside, never inside. Other than that we’re pretty chill and clean people.
