Pinecrest Road

Apartment is the lower unit of a duplex. Upper unit is tenanted with a solid individual. Lower is a three bed (I take up two bedrooms), two bath, has laundry, a hot tub and a decent backyard with parking avail on prem when im not there, free on the street for when I am. I’m renting one room out

I’m the only other that lives in the apartment but split my time between Ottawa and another city. Will keep you up to date when I’ll be around,
