Naheed's room

Hi, The room is available immediately. It’s a furnished room, 15.5 ft by 12.5 ft (194 sq ft). Two big windows, facing North that brings lots of sunshine. Good size closet. The valuable amenities are included like restaurants, coffee shops, Walmart, longoes, hair dresser, gym, medical center, one of the best walk in clinic, dentist, physio therapist, convenience store , ice cream parlor, lawyers,photo studio,public transport and more.

We the owners, are husband and wife . We both are working and looking for a working person, preferably a male . Currently one room is accupied by a McMaster student, who is finishing his internship with IBM ,Markham.
WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE COUPLES. If you are interested, please contact for the further details interms of cooking, laundry schedule, visitors policy,background check and etc. First and last month rent will be required in advance.

• it’s located near Boxgrove Medical Center( 110 Coppercreek Drive). Please check the area, if it suits you,feel free to contact.
