The room has a large standard closet, east-facing windows, and shares a bathroom with one roommate.
The townhouse features a large kitchen & living area, backyard, & a garage gym. You’ll also have access to high-speed internet, in-unit laundry, and central AC/heat.
The home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, directly across from the H2O & Library, and just a 2-minute walk to Hobson Beach.

About the roomies
I’m 27 & work full-time for a marketing agency. I’ve been in Kelowna since 2012, completing high school and my undergraduate degree here since. I’m also a photographer/artist and currently have an exhibition at the Kelowna Community Theatre. I am laid-back, active, and a very clean & organized person. I do not smoke or drink, and live an active lifestyle road cycling & playing badminton at the Kelowna Badminton Club. I do not have any pets.
