Looking for a quiet, mature and clean roommate. Offerings include very flexible length of stay, all-inclusive pricing, use of outdoor space, shared laundry facilities, central air conditioning, all common household supplies (e.g., toilet paper) and all furnishings, including desks and closets. This room has been upgraded since this photo was taken. It now includes blackout blinds and a large desk (large enough for two monitors and perfect for someone who is working hybrid or full-time from home).

I am a medical editor and I work from home in my room most days of the week - I’m usually in the office one day a week. I love rock climbing, cycling and spending time with friends and family. I usually socialize outside of the house. I’m clean, quiet and friendly, but I’m also respectful of people’s privacy. The other roommate is a public health graduate student at U of T. He’s quiet, clean and respectful. He’s from Japan and although he’s a bit shy, he loves to chat and practice his English!
