Thiciane's room

This condo is situated in the heart of downtown Toronto in between University , Adelaide, and Richmond street. Just a short walk from Osgood subway st, No frills, Rexall, Shoppers, and plenty of restaurants.

I’m renting for a month(January 2025) a large private room, with lots of light coming throughout the big windows , and a cozy queen bed. It has an ensuite 3 pieces washroom, and a cozy workspace.

Laundry equipment in the unit is a plus.

You will have a girl roommate, and a small dog(shitzu). She is an architect and works most of the time from home. We enjoy having a peaceful quiet home, and we appreciate if you don’t bring guests inside. However, the building provides many amenities for you to be amused as: roof top, gym and media room.
