Streetcar #511 stops right outside the ground floor door. Secured building access with key fobs provided to residents for front door access and elevator use. Mailroom with mailboxes and lockers for oversized packages. 24/7 security guards at the front door.

All utilities are included for a flat fee of $50. In-unit laundry included. Electronic locks for both front door and room door. The apartment is owned by Vanmates Accomodation Toronto. Pets may be allowed at the landlord’s discretion. Quiet hours are set by the landlord from 10 PM - 8 AM.

I’m the occupant of the master bedroom (NOT listed for rent) in this apartment. A third room will be occupied by a third tenant. I’m a graduate student at the University of Toronto, pursuing a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

I moved from the US after graduating with my bachelor’s in August of 2024. I’m trilingual, with limited French proficiency. I’m a quite and respectful person with both rental and roommate experience from my time in the US. I usually spend time working on personal projects, schoolwork, my French, or playing video games.
