SHORT TERM RENTAL ONLY. (8 months) Character home duplex attached to others in a complex. This is a two story unit around 1100 square feet. The duplex is furnished. 5 MINUTE WALK TO KITS BEACH. A COUPLE MINUTE WALK TO AMENITIES, GROCERIES, PHARMACY, RESTAURANTS. Right off of west 4th (major main street in kits). My current roommate and friend is sadly leaving me. Looking for someone I can get along with and feel comfortable with. Short term rental until END OF AUGUST. (Move out Aug.30) :)
