I am looking for a new roommate to share my 2 bed 2 bath come January as my current roommate is moving in with her partner!

I am open to different lease lengths, preferably minimum 3 months

You will get your own bedroom with a private on suite bathroom. The room is furnished with a king size bed as well as dressers, etc. The bedroom does also have a a double full sized closet so plenty of room for your stuff.

Downtown location - walking distance to everything. This is a corner unit with a lake view so the unit is quite spacious with an amazing view over the lake.

The building also does have a pool, hot tub, and gym included.

Everything is included except hydro which will be split (can also make it included if preferred).

I am a 27 year old working female, ideally looking for another female tenant similar in age. Working or student are both okay. I would consider myself a mid level of social - I like to go out for dinners/drinks with friends but also do enjoy my alone time. In my spare time I do enjoy working out, walks, trying out new foods.
