Looking for someone to take my room in a lovely 3 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor. The room will be partially furnished (mirror, desk, desk chair & built in wardrobe) and is large enough to fit up to a king bed comfortably.

Located a 5 minute walk away from burquitlam SkyTrain station and shopping plaza this place would be ideal for a student or young professional looking for a home based in the Burnaby/ Coquitlam area. It takes about an hour on transit to be in downtown Vancouver.

The apartment has a balcony, a bathroom fitted with bath & shower (mobility rail too). The kitchen has a dishwasher and electric oven. There are 3 large storage cupboards in the main living space. The complex has on site laundry (pre loaded card to operate) and a pool!

We are a neurodivergant, poly, kink positive, and anti-oppressive home, with shared hobbies of ttrpg, gaming, computer-tech.

There are two rooms in this apartment available. The ‘lead’ roommate is super into all things engineering, loves to learn new skills and make things with 3D modelling! Will happily talk about all kinds of projects. She’s a bubbly chatty individual who is home most of the time as she’s on PWD. She likes to be social, watching shows together and chatting about various subjects of interest. She also loves the aquarium and will gladly talk about the otters!!!
