Hi!

I am looking for a professional female roommate with a full time job to share this apartment with. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located in Bridgeland. You will have a master bedroom with a big closet and your own attached private bathroom. Kitchen and Living room are shared. We have a huge balcony, as it is a corner unit. It is located closer to Lukes Drug Mart, cafes, some bars and restaurants. It is only a few minutes walk to the river side. Peace Bridge is 25 minutes of walk away. 2 bus stops with 2 different bus routes are only on 2 minutes of walk. This building also has an amazing rooftop view, the night view is shown in one of the pictures above. On the rooftop, you get 2 rooms to either work or socialize. The building obviously has an elevator as well. It is located in an amazing community with cafes around and amazing riverside to go for walks.

I am looking for someone who is nice and clean- will keep the space clean and tidy as can be seen in the pictures. Someone who is respectful and kind, respects other people’s space and leaves the space clean for others. Someone who is responsible and quiet since i am in school so i need a quiet environment to work in. No crazy parties or drugs or heavy drinking allowed.

In addition to 1225$ share of the rent, electricity and wifi will be shared, which should not be more than 50-60$ each combined. Heat/ water is included in the rent. AC is also available. Washer and Dryer are in the unit. Extra storage space available as well.
