Private accommodation available from Dec or jan 1st for 1 person in a 4 Bed 1.5 Bath apartment. All 3 rooms are privately occupied, we are looking for 1 person for the vacant room. Parking available at extra cost. Washroom and bath is shared.

Located near Bridlewood mall. Close to Metro, Shoppers, Dollarama etc. 2 mins walk to bus stop (Finch and Warden Intersection).

15 minutes bus to Seneca Polytechnic Newnham Campus. 1 hour travel to downtown (Toronto Metropolitan University and U of T, YorkU Keele) (bus+train).

Apartment has facilities like gym, swimming pool, sauna room etc.

Price: 700+ Utilities Heat and water is included with the rent. First and last month and 200$ security deposit needed.

We are looking for long term lease atleast for 1 year.

Documents needed are : Employment letter, last two paystubs, latest credit score report and canadian ID
