Goderich 2 blocks from Downtown Square…Upstairs of duplex, fully renovated by landlord Dave in 2016, new ikea kitchen, 3 bedrooms each have keyed deadbolts, stacked laundry in hall, full tub/shower, vinyl flooring easy to clean, more coming, this is initial draft, landlord Dave is typing…photos from previous ad more coming, carpets gone new click vinyl all bedrooms etc. Just bathroom floor to redo…I am currently fine tuning individual lease wording according to Ontario Landlord and Tenant Act
