Hey everyone!

I’m looking for a roommate for early June. It’s a 2bed 3 bath 2level apartment with a wood burning fireplace, hottub, pool, gym, and tennis court. There’s free parking right out front. The room could be potentially furnished. It’s in Patterson right on edworthy park. 2 of the bathrooms are half baths and then there’s one bathroom with a shower and tub that would mostly be yours but shared for shower purposes. I’m a 24yo student at the UofC, I’d love to find a similar aged female roommate who I could be friends with. In terms of transit it’s really close to the blue line (20min walk, 7min bus) and to get to the UofC I think it’s a 12min drive or you can park and walk through Edworthy park and it’s a really pretty ~35-40min commute. I don’t have many pics of the inside but it’s open to below on the second floor and feels really cabiny. Apparently these condos were built in the 80s for the Olympic village (don’t quote me on that) so there are a bunch of evergreens and it feels like you’re in the mountains which I love.

This will be done as a sublet which will be signed off by the landlord — If you want to meet up to see if we’d be a good fit as roommates before then that would be great! It’s a bilevel unit with the second level being open to below with a huge like 15ft wall of windows. It reminds me of a little ski chalet and has a wood burning fireplace. There is secure entrance to the front door through the building up one set of stairs, but since it’s built on a hill the patio is also a walkout with plenty of green space outside.

Im a 24yo UofC student studying comp sci and have a previous psych degree. In my free time I’m usually at my studio; I have a small furniture and decor business. I like to keep a cozy and clean house. I get along best with roommates are friendly but don’t bring the party home. I also love hiking in the summer and skiing in the winter.
