About the room
It is a duplex home in the Fall River area, I have the lower unit. It is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom, I am renting one bedroom as a private room. There is a yard and a driveway with room for multiple vehicles, in suite laundry, a dishwasher and AC.
About the roomies
I am a 24 year old lesbian (so you have to be LGBTQ+ friendly), I work as a Sales Administrator, I have 2 cats, in my spare time I like to bake, do art (any medium is welcome, I just like getting out that creative energy) and watch movies and tv. The upstairs neighbors are very kind, they have two small kids who you can hear running around however it is not too loud.
