I am a working individual in late 20’s and my boyfriend is away for 3-4 months so looking for a quiet and clean female roommate to split the expenses. Preferably 6 months lease

Full time employee will be ideal.

Amenities includes: Arcade Hammock lounge Theatre rooms Music room Lego room BBQ Area

Netflix and Amazon Prime access. We shop for grocery at Costco once a month and you can join us for shopping.

First and last month rent required Key deposit $150 If lost the deposit will not be returned.
