Hi there, I’ve got a room for rent in the Meadowlark area in the west end of the city, and just a few blocks from Meadowlark Shopping Centre, about 5-10 mins to West Edmonton Mall, and 10-15 mins to downtown. I have a room for rent in a really nice main floor bungalow style townhouse it’s a unique set up in this building, it’s a 2 bedroom unit in the Patricia Heights area. I do have a sweet, friendly cat. So unfortunately i cannot allow any other cats, and cats are the only pet allowed in this complex. The room not furnished. The rent is $975/month & $500 deposit w/ half the electricity & cable/internet/month (which is included with the first payment along with the first months rent and deposit). Water & heat are included with the rent. There is in unit laundry and street parking very close to the unit which is just the 2nd unit in from the street but not facing the street. It is private, quiet and convenient. Everyone welcome. PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. Looking for a roommate to move in as soon as possible. I am looking for at least a 6 month lease, or longer.
