In Morinville. My children moved out. I am looking to rent 1 to 3 rooms in my house. Own washroom on own level of the house. Ideal for single parent. I prefer to rent to females or Dad with a child is fine too. Shared Laundry and living room. 1 room $500 a month or 2 rooms $750 a month for family or friend. Optional 3 room upstairs. I go to bed at 9 pm. I have 2 dogs and a cat. The cat must have access to the basement as that is where the litter is. Big back yard with firepit.

I am a empty nester. it is just me, my two dogs and one cat. I have a big yard and a fire pit.
