Tired of only sharing the bathroom and the kitchen ? Want to try an intergenerational flatshare ? Two bright, fully furnished rooms available September 1 st in a sunny, colourful 8 1/2 in Outremont, border Mile-end/Plateau to share with 3 other people (one AI student from Dubai doing a master at ETS, a French Chemist on a work-holiday visa and a translator who is a grand-mother and her dog (non- barking, non-shedding Goldendoodle))

Large dining room, two and a half bathrooms recently renovated (heated floor, a plus in winter). Close to bus 80, 435, 160,161 and 6 min. walk to metro Outremont and 3 bus stops to Rosemont metro (or 15 min. walk).

It takes max 25 min to Concordia and Uqam, 20 min to McGill and 10 to UdeM. Rent: $670/ month all inclusive (heat, hot water,internet). Sheets & towels provided if needed.

A bit about us : we are taking our studies or work very seriously but like to have fun sometimes too and cook with one another and try to eat together at least twice a week. Preferably more. We are rather on the healthy side, (no junk or fast food) but we eat everything. We do quite a bit of sports, cycle everywhere, read, listen to music,etc. There is a piano, a jembe and a ton of books to share

Seeking ecologicaly conscious roommate ( no plastic lover !).Long term prefered/non-smoker. We are looking for someone who cleans properly after her(him)self.

P.S. The black dog in some pictures has been replaced by the white one ! You must love dogs to live here, not just accept them!
