This is a basement apartment in a heritage home! Very nice and updated. It’s a 3 bedroom apartment and we are looking to fill the third room. It has a big closet with lost a storage as well as a nice size window. There’s a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom all furnished. The only thing you will need to furnish is your room! We have a private entrance to our apartment. We are a close walk to SMU, and dal, great for students ! We are also close to superstore , Sobeys and a 10 minute walk from spring garden.

Hi! We are two SMU students in our third year of study. Both work part time jobs and are pretty active and busy! We are from Ontario and here for school but are gone for most holidays! We are looking for someone who’s wanting to fill the third room and live a drama free year!
