I have a room available for rent in a 2 bedroom basement suite on 3rd Avenue. It’s a great spot, especially if you’re a student or a recent grad looking for a quiet, convenient, and affordable place to live in Downtown Saskatoon. Rent would be $600/month, all utilities included (heat, water, electricity, and Wi-Fi). One bus (no transfers) takes you to the University of Saskatchewan in about 20 minutes. Grocery stores, Starbucks, and other amenities are all within walking distance. The South Saskatchewan River trails are also nearby at walking distance if you enjoy walking, running, or biking.

Hi, I’m a recent graduate currently working in Saskatoon, with plans to further my studies at the University of Saskatchewan. I have a two-bedroom unit and am looking for someone to share the space with me. I’ll be living in one room, and the other is available for rent.
