-Furnished bedroom in house with shared washroom -All utilities included, including wifi -Required tenant insurance (I can recommend cheap companies) -Washer and dryer on first floor -No parking, but there is an underground lot around the corner that offers monthly passes I can send info for -Kitchen is stocked with everything needed for use -No more pets -Room, washroom and kitchen all located on second floor of house (I live on the first floor) -First and Last required -Room includes Queen Bed, Clothing Rack, Side tables, armchair, fan, lamps, desk and chair! **There is a dog who lives on the main floor of the house - he does not go on the second floor
