We’re looking for a roommate to join our household from January 1st to May 1st with the possibility to takeover the lease. A few of us are leaving to move back home. We’re a nice bunch in our mid 20 to early 30. We also have one older cat named Toadie. The room is ideal for someone looking for a short term rental for either school or to help them get established in Victoria. It can come furnished or unfurnished. Ideally female but we’re open to anyone who’s a good fit. We do not have space for more pets at this time.

The house is standalone on a large lot with a big yard. There are 2 living rooms, a wood burning fireplace, kitchen, laundry, guest bedroom, large garage space and driveway. You will be joining 4 roommates and have your own room and shared bathroom (tub and shower) with 1 other person.

3 female and 1 male. We’re a mix of students, folks in trades and one working for the University. The house is pretty calm and quiet. We spend our time independently but also try to collaborate on hangouts when we can. Reach out with a bit about yourself and we can set up a viewing.

Allen: He/Him, Always working on a project. Allen works for the University doing research. His hobbies include woodworking, music, photography, cycling and camping. Studied biochemistry and biology in school. Originally from Halifax. Loves a good chat, board game and his slow cooker.

Hailey: She/her, 27yo, is a carpentry student. Enjoys sewing, reading and being outdoors.

Cassidy is 32, is studying geography, and has a silly cat named Toad and lots of hobbies

Eden (she/her), 26 yo, is an electrician who enjoys going to the gym, mountain biking, snowboarding and video games
