Compton Street

It’s a 1 bedroom aparment with bathroom (sink, under the sink storage, toilet… duh, and bathtub/shower), a small balcony, kitchen (fridge and stove, cabits and two piece sink), a small storage room and a 3 minute walk/5 minute wheel to 2 bus stops, a convenience store, pharmacy, a restaurant and about 10 to 20 minute to a Library/Community Center. Opposite direction is a No-Frills, Dollarama, shoppers drug mart, several fast food places, two gas stations, Tim Hortons and more bus stops.

The green area allows bbq (bring ur own, which I have a portable one) during summer and a small fenced dog park, kids playground and a raised garden bed (I am not sure if building management charges for it now or you just ask for one, I will inquire later). Parking is year round but that is $60 in addition to rent… or you can use the visitors parking.

I’m the only human resident, the 2 other residents are cats, they are dog indifferent/friendly, female, around 3 years old, both are spayed, up with shots and while not overbearing, they do like to cuddle and being weirdos, must the orange undercoat. Laser toys are forbidden in the apartment. I’m on my mid 20’s, non-binary, have type 1 diabetes, enjoy cooking, baking and have no food allergies or diet restrictions, I also enjoy swimming, walking and watching anime. It would be easier to ask questions, I have no idea wtf to put in here. Respect is granted but can be revoked.
