For the most part the washroom will only be shared with one roomate. The roomate himself is a working profesional, that spends most of his time outside and is full time employed. Rarely home, very clean and friendly. The kitchen will be shared with the landlord. The room itself has a front rear view of all of downtown. A very nice view.
