This craftsman-style home has all the perks of a lovely residential neighbourhood, yet it’s conveniently just 1 block East of Lonsdale. Walk to Andrew’s on Eighth coffee shop or Victoria Park, in 2 minutes. Only a 7 minute walk to Whole Foods or Lions Gate Hospital. Commute to downtown by car in 28 minutes, or for transit, just walk 1 block to Lonsdale, hop on a quick bus to the Seabus Terminal, and be downtown in minutes. The home is very spacious and there’s ample room for each of us to have our own floor, complete with living room, bedroom, private office/studio and storage. The kitchen and laundry areas are shared. There are 2 decks, one very sunny, one shaded, plus space available in the actual garden for growing food/flowers if desired. Most of the home is furnished, but there’s room to bring your own furniture if preferred. Private garage parking included. The rent is well below market value. This place is a score for someone who wants ample space to live comfortably, loves animals, and would enjoy the many amenities it has to offer, inside and out. Rent will be approx. $1700 + 50% of utilities, however I’m open to discuss…It’d be wonderful to find the right fit.

I’m a professional in my early to mid 30’s with a career in sales and marketing. I live here with my dog, and he is just the best thing since sliced bread. I work hybrid. I’m outgoing and social, but more low key on evenings and weekends. Will make for a pretty chill roommate. I host the occasional girls’ wine night, or family dinner, but most of the time it’s pretty cozy and mellow here. My time is spent adventuring with the dog, finding cute vacation rentals, visiting with friends/family or unwinding to a good show. There’s so much space here that if you like privacy, you’ve got it, or maybe you like space to cook, or do your craft, etc. Sky is the limit and it really is an unbelievable home.
