Utilities vary each month. Sunny bright room, you can fit a queen bed in here and still have room for 2 small dressers. We also have a extra bathroom downstairs and basement for storage.

Hi there! I’m a 23 year old student who also works. I’m really busy, I love to hike, kayak, and do any outdoor activity. I also like to do girl dates and stuff :) I have a little chihuahua and 3 cats. I’m also currently fostering a cat.

All my pets are friendly!

My friends are moving downtown so I need 2 more occupants! I love this neighbourhood, it’s safe, by the highway, and it has everything. We are also right behind a lake, so you can go for lots of walks.

There’s 1 large shared bathroom for 2 private rooms. I’m not a partier, I am pretty clean, we won’t work well if you’re not clean. Street parking is available.

Smaller room is $700 the bigger is $800.
