Spacious room with a large closet, bed and desk table. There’s in unit laundry (washer and dryer). A shared bathroom. A shared kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher. Balcony. The hydro will be split in half (usually around $40).

The building has a nice gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, visitor parking, and 24/7 concierge. Parking space may be available for rent in the building. The location is very convenient just steps away from Fairview Mall, the Don Mills subway station, and several dining and shopping options. With easy access to major highways and public transit.

You will be sharing the unit with me and my 10 year old cat. He is super chill and loves to watch birds and sleep. I am calm, respectful and very tidy. In my free time, I like to read, cook, listen to music, go out with friends, and hang out with my cat.

I’m on the lookout for a long-term roommate, only female, who loves cats and values cleanliness, organization, and good communication. Should be a non-smoker female.
