The apartment is a 5 1/2, nestled a block away from Parc La Fontaine, perfect for leisurely strolls or picnics during the summer. It’s just a short walk to Berri-UQAM and Beaudry metro stations, making it super convenient to get around the city. The neighborhood has everything you could need—grocery stores, cafés, pharmacies, and plenty of local shops right around the block.
