4 Bedroom, 2 bathroom house with yard and uncovered parking. Furnished bedroom, own furnished living room and own bathroom, shared kitchen and laundry. Everything included, internet, cable, utilities, water, and all tv apps. Very quiet neighborhood, walking distance to everything, Lake Ontario is a 2 minute walk from the house. Pets welcome except for cats, allergies, yard is not fenced yet. Big front porch and back deck that is private, with security system. Yard helper for the lawn in the summer and cleaning lady that comes once a month year round. Will have to be able to shovel the driveway in the winter. Sidewalks are maintained by the municipality in the winter. Deposit is negotiable. Will require a month to month contract for the first 6 months. The is not a long term rental 1.5 years. Widowed 40+ female who works away and travels a lot! Very clean, social sometimes but do like my quiet. Will have the house to yourself most of the time, this is why the rent is a bit steeper then usual for a roommate; plus, it includes everything and is furnished.
