The room also boasts wall mounted bedside tables, a ceiling fan, dimmable lighting and its own A.C. Their is ample space for a queen sized bed, desk and other furnishings.

The bathroom comes with great storage space, a shower/bathtub and ring lighting built into the mirror (perfect for getting ready hehe!)

The kitchen and living area are spacious and comfortable. Both areas are furnished with shared furniture and appliances for you to use and a large patio with an AMAZING view of the CN tower.

The building is quiet and well maintained and residents are very kind and friendly. There is building laundry on the first floor which is easy to access and has plenty of machines so you’ll never be waiting long.

Located just a short walk to Glencairn station as well as directly on the 29 bus line, it is extremely conveniently located for transit. There is a local grocery store right next door as well as plenty of incredible restaurants, shops and amenities.

You also have access to an underground parking space as well as plenty of above ground visitor parking.

Hi! I’m Haylee, I’m 23 years old and a young professional working a few different jobs around Toronto. I work a hybrid 9-5 so I work from home a few times a week as well as commuting to the office. I also work occasional evenings/weekends as a traffic reporter so I will help you navigate Toronto’s busy roads :)

I’m very friendly, accommodating and tidy. I take pride in a clean apartment that is a cozy and comfortable place to relax after a long day. I cook and bake lots and am always looking for a taste tester and willing to share my creations. I’m always willing to communicate, talk things out and sort out the best possible solution for everyone!
