The property is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment with a dishwasher, stove, fridge, spacious built-in wardrobes and a balcony. The building has a large foyer with intercom, video security, an exercise area with equipment and sauna, and secure heated underground parking (I believe for additional cost, will consult with building manager to confirm).
Laundry room is in a seperate area on the same level and is $2 per load (via card or cash).
We are on a lease until the end of April.

We are a friendly Australian couple (24F, 26M) looking for a roomie. We are respectful and keep common areas tidy. We enjoy going to the gym, watching movies, and will be exploring Calgary/the rockies most weekends.
