LOCATION! Unit is situated in the Vivacity One Condominium complex in downtown Edmonton, just minutes away from the River Valley and LRT station. Fully furnished with your own private bedroom and bathroom. Price includes utilities (heat, water, electricity, internet). Unit is equipped with in suite laundry and a central A/C system to stay cool on those hot summer days. Building amenities include gym and access to the rooftop patio.
About the roomies
Originally from Winnipeg, graduated from U of A Engineering back in 2022 and staying in Edmonton for work - mostly to avoid Winterpeg! I work full-time day shifts, so you won’t see me during the days on weekdays.
As a former student-athlete in men’s soccer, I’m all about staying active, so you might find me running laps or lifting weights at the gym when I’m not busy.
I’m friendly, easy to get along with, and have a knack for keeping things clean and organized. Think of me as the roommate that respects your space and always up for a chat or a shared pizza.
