Very bright, located near subway, in the heart of the annex. The unit is a 2 bedroom with living room, den (bar/ music space), kitchen and shared backyard! There is a cat named Steve and he adores people and all animals, he also enjoys going to the park in the summer. This apartment would suit someone who is creative, enjoys sunlight and wholesome homely vibes. This apartment is a queer space, all are welcome.

My name is Mads(they/them) I am an artist and have many different jobs making my schedule very unpredictable. I like my home to be a cozy, safe and positive space. I am hoping to find a roommate who’s looking for the same. I like to have a balance of downtime and socializing would love to share the space with someone who is capable of good communication and understanding mutual boundaries.
