In-unit laundry. 1.5 Gbps fast-speed internet, 65“ TV with Netflix, Youtube Premium etc included. In the building, there is gym, sauna, hot tub & pool. There is a security person in the building 24/7. Downtown, near Bell Center. View from the apartment is amazing.

+$500 deposit for damage protection is required before moving in and will be returned to you when you move out without any damage to the apartmet and building. No pets or smoking allowed.
